Stephen Reid is a Client Success Manager who contributes to the research team. He joined when Investment Metrics acquired Style Analytics in 2021, where he focused on developing client relationships. He is a trusted partner and client advocate responsible for a broad range of tasks aimed at maximizing client satisfaction from product and service utilization, managing the renewals process and reducing attrition. He earned a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
