Yet a growing contingent argues that client service plays an increasingly important role in creating long-lasting client relationships. This research study will explore the relationship of client service, based on investor satisfaction survey data supplied by Chatham Partners, to investment performance, based on performance ranking data supplied by Investment Metrics, LLC.
